The consumer/buyer has the right to replace/return the product provided to her/him by CLENZ within 7 days from the date of purchase, and she/he is not entitled to replace the product after the seven days have passed.
To replace/return the product, it is conditional that the product is in a good condition and that the consumer/buyer has not used the product or obtained its benefit. CLENZ has the right to inspect the product before replacing/returning it.
The consumer/buyer is not entitled to replace/return the product if a defect appears in the product due to poor possession or misuse by the consumer/buyer.
If the provisions of the said replacement/return policy are fulfilled; The consumer/buyer has the right to replace the product. Or, return it and the amount paid will be refunded fully to the channel of payment used.
The replacement/return process may take up to 3 working days from the date the product is received and verified.
