• It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. We cannot be held liable for undelivered orders resulting from incorrect address details.

• For delivery within Riyadh: delivery cost 15 . (Cash on Delivery is available - NO additional fees).

• For shipping to all cities within the Kingdom: shipping cost 18 . (Cash on Delivery is available - 9 additional fee).

• Shipping to gulf countries:
• Shipping Worldwide*: Rates by destination & weight - will be calculated on the "Checkout Page" after adding your address. (Cash on Delivery not available).

Delivery timing:
• To customers inside Riyadh: delivery is completed within 1-2 days.
• To customers outside Riyadh and in Arabian Gulf countries: delivery is completed within 3-5 business days.
• For international orders: delivery is completed within 3-10 business days.
• Usually the delivery timing is less than the stated duration.
• Please note that during Eid and Ramadan, deliveries may take longer than usual. We sincerely apologize and thank you for your understanding.

Please be advised that CLENZ is not responsible for taxes and/or duties applied to international shipments. Any duties, tariffs, brokerage fees, or local taxes that may apply to your order are your responsibility as we cannot anticipate or estimate these extra international fees and they are not included with the international shipping costs calculated during order checkout. It is your responsibility to research and understand these fees before placing your order and then pay them once levied in order to receive your package as we will not be liable for packages refused or held for delivery.
